My name is Emily “Babe” Langdon and I’ve been an ultra/trail runner since 2013. To date, I’ve completed one 100k, one 50 miler, 22 50Ks, and 12 marathons. I love the 50k distance but definitely see longer distances in my future. I also raced the Prairie Spirit 50 miler in March 2022.

I’m a full-time corporate attorney and am married to a super-speedster, Tim Langdon. We have three kids – Olivia, John and Keira – and the whole crew calls me “Babe”, which is where the nickname originated.

I’m so stoked to represent the Monolith Trail Team!
